Installation and Setup
To make calls through this system, you first need to download one of our recommended applications based on your operating system [Download Here]. After installing it on your device, proceed with the initial setup.
It doesn’t matter much whether you’re using Windows, Android, or iOS. On all three platforms, you simply need to input a set of fixed parameters.
These details will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase after completing your service order.
Attention:
Due to policies and restrictions imposed by internet providers in different countries, it is sometimes possible that after entering the default Host information we provided (Host: cs.ntft.tech) in the respective application, your account may not register or connect.
In such cases, simply enter cs2.ntft.tech:443 in the Host field, change the communication protocol from UDP to TCP, and try again.
Setting Up Zoiper

First, open the Zoiper application and click on the 'Config' option.

Then, click on the 'Accounts' option.

Next, click on the 'Add account' option.

In the next step, select the 'Yes' option.

Click on the 'SIP' option.

Then, enter a desired name in the 'Account name' field.

Now, enter the address cs.ntft.tech in the 'Host' field.

In the 'Username' field, enter your username.

In the 'Password' field, enter your password.

Then, click on the 'Save' option.

In the final step, you will see the 'Ready' message.
Setting Up Linphone

After installing the softphone, select the 'USE SIP Account' option.

Enter the information sent to your email in this section.

Click on the 'Allow' option to grant the necessary permissions to the softphone.

Once you see 'Connected,' it means the softphone has been registered.
